Refund & Return Policy


Our return policy allows customers to report any issues with misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of receiving the product. If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will cover the cost of the return.

If your provide an incorrect address or the shipment is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If we are unable to contact you in a timely manner, any returned orders due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipment will not be eligible for reshipping and will be donated to charity (without a refund being issued).

Sealed goods, such as face masks, are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons and will not be accepted for return at any time.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the return address listed on your package.

Shipping returns

Before returning your product, make sure to contact us to verify that your order is eligible for a refund. To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address listed on your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
